Kasson W. Seiter oral history, 1963-1964.

In this interview, Mr. Seiter discusses his personal history and shares his observations of the New York State food processing industry. Topics include: his army experiences during World War I; his experiences with the grape juice industry, including problems with grape juice storage and transportation; the design of equipment used in the manufacture of salad dressing; difficulties he encountered with patents; the development of grapefruit marmalade; changes in fruit drinks, jams, and jellies; and the nutritional aspects of fruit juices.
